Aaaandddd, Kafui and Dr. Brenda Yee are back! This time they look at Lower Cross Syndrome and how it can affect sport performance and posture. We hear a lot about Upper Cross Syndrome (aka Student Syndrome or Office Syndrome) but we don't hear it's counter part, Lower Cross Syndrome, very often.
