OPENING JUNE 1, 2020

Hello and we hope you are staying safe and healthy!

We are excited to OPEN MONDAY JUNE 1, 2020. Same quality of care, different clinic operations to keep everyone safe and adhere to Public Health protocol:

1) You will receive a Covid-19 screening survey 24hrs before your appointment time. This survey is MANDATORY to complete in order to keep your appointment time.

2) Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry of the clinic. All patients must sanitize their hands before entering the treatment room.

3) All patients must wear their own facial mask from home inside of the clinic. Facial masks will NOT be provided at clinic. If a facial mask is not worn, the appointment is required to be rescheduled unfortunately.

4) All family members and friends accompanying the patient are required to wait outside of the clinic to minimize the number of people inside the clinic at one time.

5) All receipts will now be digital to limit the touching and exchange of paper.

6) Clinic hours will be temporarily reduced to Monday 12-8pm, Wednesday 8-6pm and Friday 8-6pm. Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday appointments will be for emergency care and are available by email only.
